We are offering a Special Award in 2022 to honor scholarly excellence. Individuals who have made significant and long-lasting contributions to scholarship about Latter Day Saint history are eligible.
All JWHA members can help support this award! Here’s how:
- Please nominate your favorite authors! The Awards Committee invites nominations of individuals who published at least three books or articles about Latter Day Saint history between 1972 and 2021.
- Please consider donating to support the Special Awards. Right now, the Awards Committee can offer two Special Awards to nominated authors during our September conference, thanks to sponsorship from the JWHA Board. But there are so many excellent authors who publish books and articles in Latter Day Saint Studies! Any additional donations raised for the Special Awards fund will allow more authors to receive recognition during our upcoming conference. For more information, please visit here.
